About NestGlow
Hi, I’m Ashley! I’m the owner of NestGlow Cleaning, but more importantly, I’m a wife, a mom to two incredible boys, and someone who truly believes a home should be a place of peace.
NestGlow started because I fell in love with what a clean home can do for someone. It’s so much more than clean counters or freshly vacuumed floors. Home is where families gather after long days, where kids grow up, where holidays are celebrated, and where people should be able to breathe, rest, and simply feel safe. I wanted to create a service that gives people that feeling.
As the business grew, I realized my passion wasn’t just serving our clients—it was creating meaningful careers for the women on our team. I wanted to build a workplace where flexibility isn’t frowned upon, where family comes first, and where our cleaners can earn a livable wage while feeling appreciated and excited to come to work. Every woman on our team has a heart for serving others, and I couldn’t be more proud of the people who represent NestGlow every single day.
One of the greatest blessings has been watching this dream grow beyond what I ever imagined. Friends of mine shared the same passion for serving others, and together we’ve been able to expand into new communities. Courtney now leads our Lakes Country location, and my friend Alyssa launched NestGlow Cleaning Treasure Coast in Florida. Watching them build something meaningful in their own communities has brought me so much joy. It reminds me that this has never just been about cleaning homes… it’s about creating opportunities, serving families, and making a positive impact wherever we go.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time with my husband, Marcus, and our two boys. Family is the heart behind everything I do. They remind me every day why creating peaceful homes and flexible careers matters so much.

As a wife, mom of two boys, and dog mom, I know how busy life can get. Cleaning for others gives me a sense of purpose and joy in helping create a fresh, reset space. When I’m not cleaning, you’ll find our family out camping and making memories together.
Fun Fact: 15 years ago I attended and commuted to UW- River Falls from Minnesota, having no idea that I would be moving to the area 10 years later to start a family.
Favorite thing to clean: Kids bedrooms (I love to rearrange stuffed and make kids bookshelf's organized)

Commercial and Property Account Manager
Hi I’m Ana, I enjoy helping others by cleaning their homes & businesses so they can enjoy their space. When I’m not at work I’m either out with family and friends or at home with my cats relaxing.
Fun Fact: I was in a commercial as a child

Taylor
Team Lead/Deep Clean Specialist
Taylor is especially passionate about making kitchens shine because to her, it’s the heart of the home and the place where the best memories (and messes) are made.
When she’s not leading the team or working her magic in someone’s space, you’ll probably find her reading in a hammock, baking something delicious, spending time at the lake with her friends and family or watching movies with her cat Ivy.
Fun Fact: I have a top-secret cookie recipe that I protect with the same energy a grandma protects her famous church potluck hotdish.
Favorite thing to clean: Kitchen
Favorite animal: Sharks because they can only swim forward, which feels like a pretty good approach to life.
Felicia
Team Lead/Deep Clean Specialist
I'm Felicia, a proud cleaning specialist with NestGlow Cleaning! May-October, I spend my weekends as a wedding florist, so my attention to detail and Type A tendencies serve our clients well! I love making homes polished and sparkling, especially with our non-toxic products. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, gardening, reading, and being outdoors with my husband and two busy girls.
Fun Fact: Plant identification is a funny hobby of mine. When I'm in a home, walking down the street, hiking or traveling - if I can't recognize it by sight I'm going to research it!

I love working with NestGlow because I get to help people feel comfortable and stress-free in their homes and work spaces. A clean space truly makes a difference, and I’m proud to be part of a team that cares! When I’m not cleaning, you can usually find me with my family, camping or hiking and enjoying the outdoors.
Fun Fact: You can most always find me outside. Whether it’s hiking, camping, gardening, or skiing. I’m out there.

I started my journey with Nest Glow cleaning to help people enjoy cleaner more comfortable spaces. I am always aiming to exceed expectations and create spaces that feel fresh and comfortable. I love spending time with family, friends, and all animals I run into. I spend my free time playing games, doing crafts and being outdoors! I am also working on being an Esthetician in the near future!
Fun Fact: I have my certifications to do lash extensions and I do my own nails (sometimes friends and family), in the future going to school for more services in the esthetician industry!

I’m passionate about creating clean, healthy, and welcoming spaces for others. With a background in the service industry, I bring strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality into every home. When I’m not cleaning, you’ll find me outdoors, reading a good book, or spending time with my boyfriend and our cat.
Fun Fact: I love music a lot, but I particularly love kpop. I often attend the concerts my favorite groups are performing at!

Hi I'm Alishia and I joined the NestGlow team to help create that space you can enjoy your peace in. When I am not cleaning you can find me cooking, playing army, traveling or at a concert.
Fun Fact: I enjoy traveling and have 10 states left to go. Also, have been to 5 different countries.
Favorite thing to clean: I'll clean anything, but I enjoy cleaning the kitchen; might be because I cook for a full time job.
Favorite animal: I'll have to say a duck because I have a collection going in my car that I call my travel buddies.

Hi! I’m originally from Eau Claire, WI and just recently moved to Hudson. NestGlow caught my eye as cleaning is an outlet for me. When I met the team, I knew I was right where I was suppose to be! When I’m not working you’ll find me shopping for home decor, at the farmers market, or soaking in family time!

Hi, I’m Courtney, the Branch Manager of NestGlow Cleaning in the Detroit Lakes area. I joined this business because I truly believe a clean home can make a meaningful difference in someone’s life. My goal is to create spaces that feel peaceful, welcoming, and one less thing for families to worry about.
Outside of work, I’m a mom who loves spending time outdoors, whether that’s at the lake, gardening, or enjoying Minnesota summers with my family. I’m passionate about building genuine relationships with our clients and leading a team that takes pride in the little details. At NestGlow, we’re committed to providing reliable, high-quality cleaning with a personal touch, treating every home with the same care and respect we’d want for our own.
Fun fact: I have a little hobby farm that seems to grow more everyday!
Favorite thing to clean: Bathrooms! They usually have the biggest transformation, and I love seeing the difference a detailed clean can make.

I live in Detroit Lakes with my husband, Elijah, and our cat Moose.
Creating a space where people can slow down, feel cared for, and experience true peace is something I deeply value. I love serving others and making genuine, intentional connections with everyone I interact with.
When I’m not working, you can find me traveling, hosting dinner parties, reading, playing board games, or baking cake, cheesecake, or French pastries for my home baking business.

Hi, I’m Kya! I recently joined the Nest Glow team and love being able to help create clean, comfortable spaces for others. Outside of cleaning, I’m a dance instructor, where I spend most of my time teaching kids and sharing my love for dance. I enjoy staying busy, being creative, and taking on projects that help people. I’m naturally organized, detail-oriented, and love the feeling of leaving a home fresh, clean, and ready to be enjoyed. I’m excited to be part of the Nest Glow team and look forward to caring for your home!
